When the group of misfits found Ruby without an parents or anything, the were confused. They later found out that she didn't speak much. Oh yeah, she also had telekinisis powers. They all took her in and treated her as a little sister. They thought she was like Eleven from Stranger Things.

When people would get too loud, she's get scared and such, but she seemed perfectly stable if you just looked at her.
